Completed in 2017 for Ishraqah for Development Ltd, The Onyx Complex is a mixed-use development in the UAE that includes residential towers, office spaces, and hospitality components. Executed by ASGC with consultancy from Morganti, the project reflects a modern urban approach through streamlined architecture and efficient spatial layouts.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Exterior and Interior Stonework El Alfy Saraya delivered the full scope of exterior cladding using Travertine Romano Classico, selected for its weather resistance and tonal consistency across the building façades. Interior flooring included Statuario Marble in public lobbies and corridors, paired with Crema Marfil Marble in secondary areas to ensure a unified finish throughout the development.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Bathrooms and Amenities In bathroom zones, Statuario Marble was installed as wall cladding, combined with honed Limestone flooring to support both visual clarity and long-term performance. These material selections align with the project’s overall standards for surface durability and internal coherence across shared amenities.
