Al Jasra Twin Tower – Qatar is a mixed-use development comprising two high-rise towers located in Lusail, Qatar. Commissioned by Al Shareef Enterprises and built by Construction & Re‑Construction Engineering Co., the complex integrates commercial and residential spaces. With consultancy from EHAF and fully completed interiors, the project contributes to the evolving skyline of Lusail. Construction was likely completed around 2007–2008, based on comparable developments in the region.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Exterior Stone Cladding El Alfy Saraya was responsible for the exterior stone cladding of Al Jasra Twin Tower. Using premium natural stone and façade-matching mortar, the team managed precision cutting and installation across all elevations. The work aligned with the project’s architectural intent and addressed the performance standards required for the Gulf’s environmental conditions. The result was a cohesive and durable façade.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Stone Flooring & Cladding Within the towers, El Alfy Saraya executed stone flooring and interior cladding across shared and private areas. Working with regionally appropriate materials, the team installed large-format panels with attention to level surfaces and clean joints. The outcome supported a unified, solid visual language throughout the interiors, meeting the developer’s requirements for high-standard finishes.
