Completed in 2009, Al Bidda Tower is a commercial high-rise located in Doha’s West Bay business district. Developed for Platinum Tower Company and executed by Arabian Construction Company (ACC) with consultancy from Higgs & Hill Overseas Ltd, the tower combines contemporary design with functional office infrastructure, offering workspace and amenities tailored to business needs.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Exterior and Interior Cladding El Alfy Saraya completed the full exterior and interior cladding scope using Silver Travertine and Granite Panels across the façade and podium base. Inside, Crema Marfil Marble was applied to lobby walls and vertical surfaces, supporting a professional material tone and visual consistency throughout the building.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Flooring, Bathrooms & Landscape Statuario Marble was installed in public interior zones, while Granite was used in corridors to meet durability demands. Bathrooms featured a mix of Crema Marfil and honed limestone for both wall and floor finishes. Landscape works included textured granite paving and stone planters, maintaining material continuity from interior to exterior environments.
