Completed in 2024 for Al Sedra Al Qatariya Co., Abu Hamour Mall is a contemporary retail development in Qatar, designed to accommodate a wide mix of commercial tenants. Executed by Al Seal Contracting & Trading with consultancy from Dara Engineering, the project combines modern architecture with durable materials suited to high-traffic retail environments.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring and Cladding El Alfy Saraya delivered all interior flooring and cladding works across the mall. Statuario Marble was used in primary circulation zones for its defined veining and clarity, while Crema Marfil Marble was applied in corridors and secondary surfaces to maintain tonal consistency. Emperador Light was installed as accent cladding to create material variation and support visual zoning.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Marble Furnishings Custom marble furnishings were fabricated and installed by El Alfy Saraya, including retail counter surfaces, display podiums, and stone feature wall panels. These elements reinforced the use of natural stone as a central material strategy, contributing to a unified and high-standard retail interior.
