Completed in 2019, Sendian Tower is a modern mixed-use development located in Qatar, commissioned by Sendian Group. Designed under the consultancy of Arab Engineering Bureau and constructed by Al Balagh Trading & Contracting Co., the tower integrates commercial and residential spaces within a clean-lined contemporary form. The project stands as a contribution to Qatar’s evolving urban fabric, reflecting efficient planning and high-quality construction.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Exterior and Interior Cladding El Alfy Saraya executed the full scope of exterior and interior cladding works for Sendian Tower. Travertine Romano Classico was selected for the exterior façades, offering natural texture, weather resistance, and warmth suited to Qatar’s climate. For interior cladding, Statuario marble was applied in lobby walls, elevator cores, and transitional spaces, emphasizing verticality and refinement through its distinct veining and polished surface.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring and Bathrooms The company also delivered the tower’s complete interior flooring and bathroom finishes. Statuario marble was used across common floors and public zones for its clarity and durability, contributing to a seamless and luminous interior surface. In bathrooms, El Alfy Saraya installed matching marble flooring, wall cladding, and custom-fabricated stone vanities, ensuring consistency in tone and quality across private and public amenities.
