The project emphasizes functional clarity, durability, and a clean architectural language.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Exterior Flooring and Cladding El Alfy Saraya installed exterior flooring and wall cladding engineered to suit local climate and usage demands. Thermal-textured Basalt Pavers were laid across outdoor gathering areas, selected for their slip resistance and capacity to handle consistent foot traffic. Cream Jura Limestone Panels were used on the façades, chosen for their light tone, minimal maintenance, and durability—supporting the architectural identity of Education City.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring and Bathrooms El Alfy Saraya also completed interior flooring and bathroom finishes with materials aligned to institutional requirements. Silvershadow Quartzite was applied in corridors and communal halls for its wear resistance and neutral appearance. In administrative areas and bathrooms, Polished Golden Onyx Marble provided a clear, high-standard surface. Bianco Perlino Marble was used for wall cladding in lift lobbies and main toilets, contributing to a clean, bright finish compatible with hygiene and maintenance needs.
