Completed in 2013, Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium (also known as Duhail Stadium) is a 13,000-seat venue located in Doha, Qatar. Commissioned by the Private Engineering Office (PEO), designed by Engineering Consultants Group (ECG), and built by Khayyat Contracting & Development, the facility was developed to host domestic and regional football events. The stadium’s design prioritizes visibility, operational efficiency, and integration with its surrounding context.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Landscape and Interior Cladding El Alfy Saraya executed both landscape elements and interior wall finishes in hospitality areas, VIP suites, and administrative spaces. For the exterior surrounds, Flamed Granite Steps and Planters were installed to provide weather resistance and slip protection. Interior wall cladding featured Diana Royal Marble in key areas such as VIP lounges and reception spaces, offering a warm tone and reliable surface suitable for high-traffic sports environments.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring and Bathrooms The company also completed interior flooring works across concourses, clubhouse facilities, and service corridors using Bush-Hammered Limestone for its durability and traction under frequent use. In semi-public areas including premium concessions and mixed-use lounges, Calacatta Vagli Marble introduced tonal variation and material clarity. Bathroom finishes throughout the stadium included Bianco Perlino Marble wall cladding and Honed Jura Beige Limestone flooring, selected for their hygienic surfaces and low maintenance in event conditions.
