Al Raha Beach Hotel

Overview

A hospitality landmark delivered through group capability.

Al Raha Beach Hotel is a hospitality destination located along Abu Dhabi’s coastline, developed by International Capital Trading (ICT). Executed by Al Sweidi & Shams Contracting with consultancy by Pioneer Engineering Consultancy and Link International Properties, the hotel provides accommodations with waterfront access, serving both leisure and business guests. The project combines high-standard amenities with a calm coastal setting.

El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Cladding El Alfy Saraya carried out interior wall cladding works using Crema Marfil Marble in shared public areas and Beige Travertine in transitional corridors. These materials were selected for their warm, consistent tones, supporting a unified atmosphere across the hotel’s communal and semi-private spaces.

El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring The company also installed stone flooring throughout the hotel’s interior zones. Polished Statuario Marble was used in the main lobby and reception areas to provide a bright and clear finish, while Emperador Light Marble was applied in lounge areas and suites, contributing to a material layout that balances surface durability with a structured design approach.
