Completed in 2018, AL MASA Serviced Apartments form part of the residential and hospitality developments in New Cairo Capital. Delivered by Hassan Allam with consultancy from Engineering Consultants Group (ECG), the project features serviced units, lounge areas, and supporting amenities designed to meet apartment-style hotel standards. The development caters to both business and leisure guests seeking well-equipped, self-contained accommodations in Egypt’s expanding capital district.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Cladding and Bathrooms El Alfy Saraya carried out interior wall cladding across apartment living areas, lounge corridors, and bathrooms. Bianco Perlino Marble was used in primary living and lounge walls for its bright tone and clean surface quality. Bathrooms featured Emperador Light Marble for its warm coloration and water-resistant properties, complemented by Matte Silver Travertine to maintain consistent finish standards. All cladding was installed with precise joint alignment and appropriate sealants for serviced apartment environments.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring The company also executed interior stone flooring throughout the apartments and shared zones. Sunny Lola Limestone was installed in living rooms and lounge areas for its soft texture and neutral base, supporting both comfort and a unified visual tone. Corridors and transition areas were finished with Calacatta Lincoln Marble, selected to maintain surface consistency while clearly defining public-to-private spatial flow.
