Completed in 2019 for Meraki Developments, Meraki Mall is a retail destination in Egypt designed as a dynamic commercial hub. Executed by Saraya with consultancy from Mega Plan, the project integrates modern architecture and efficient spatial organization to support diverse retail operations and enhance customer experience.
El Alfy Saraya was awarded a complete execution package for finishes. The scope covered interior and exterior stone works, exterior cladding, curtain wall systems, and related construction activities for coordinated delivery across high-traffic retail spaces.
The company executed interior and exterior stone works alongside the curtain wall and construction package. Materials included Travertine Navona for exterior cladding, Crema Marfil Marble for interior flooring and wall cladding, and Statuario Marble for main entrances and staircases. In addition, unitized glass façade panels were supplied and installed for the curtain walls, ensuring alignment between façade systems and interior finishes.
