Completed in September 2018, Mediclinic Parkview Hospital is a 182‑bed greenfield healthcare facility located on Umm Suqeim Road in Al Barsha South, Dubai, UAE. Developed by Mediclinic International, designed by Stantec International, and built by Al Shafar General Contracting, the hospital delivers international-standard medical services within a contemporary architectural framework that incorporates high-performance façade systems and hygienic interiors.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Cladding and Flooring El Alfy Saraya provided interior cladding throughout the hospital using Emperador marble and Arabescato marble in areas including lobby walls, emergency department corridors, and public zones. These materials were selected for their durability, ease of maintenance, and compatibility with hygiene requirements. The stone cladding reinforces both the functional and visual goals of clinical environments.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring The company also delivered the hospital’s interior flooring systems across waiting areas, circulation routes, and administrative spaces using polished Statuario marble in main lobbies and Crema Marfil in secondary corridors. These materials offer slip resistance, cleanable surfaces, and visual consistency. The overall finish supports operational needs while contributing to a professional setting for patients and staff.
