Located in the heart of Dubai, Jumeirah Rotana Hotel is a hospitality development that reflects the brand’s commitment to contemporary guest experiences. Supervised by Rotana and executed by Robust Interiors, the hotel integrates modern design standards with functional spaces that cater to both business and leisure travelers.
El Alfy Saraya was contracted to perform interior stone works including flooring, cladding, and bathrooms. The scope required premium finishes suitable for high-traffic hospitality areas, ensuring durability, aesthetic consistency, and compliance with Rotana’s interior standards.
The company supplied and installed a full package of interior stone applications covering guest areas and service zones. Works included bathroom stone finishes, interior flooring, and vertical cladding elements. Materials such as Crema Marfil, Emperador Dark, and Botticino were used to achieve a refined yet durable finish that aligned with the hotel’s design concept.
