Hospitality
Jumeirah Hotel Saadiyat Island Resort is a beachfront hospitality project located in Abu Dhabi, developed by Sheikh Suroor Property Development (SSPD). Delivered by Ghantoot Group in partnership with DEPA Decor LLC and under the consultancy of Khatib & Alami, the resort integrates wellness, environmental responsibility, and operational quality into its architectural and interior approach.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Cladding El Alfy Saraya executed interior wall cladding across public areas and spa zones using Beige Limestone and Travertine Navona. These materials were selected for their natural surface characteristics and muted tones, contributing to the project’s calm, nature-focused interior direction.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring and Bathrooms The company installed Statuario Marble in lobby spaces and suite floors, while Crema Marfil was applied in transitional corridors to support a continuous visual flow. In bathrooms, Beige Limestone Slabs and Polished Travertine were used to deliver surface performance and alignment with the overall material system in moisture-sensitive areas.
