The Heart of Europe – Germany Island Villas is a residential development by Kleindienst Group located on Germany Island, part of The Heart of Europe cluster within Dubai’s World Islands. Launched in 2014 and completed around 2023, the project features 32 modern beachfront and lagoon villas designed with Bauhaus-inspired architecture, private pools, and tropical landscaping. Situated 4 km off Dubai’s coast, the development offers private waterfront residences in a European-themed setting.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Cladding El Alfy Saraya executed interior cladding works across the villas, applying natural stone such as Arabescato marble on vertical surfaces in living rooms, feature walls, and foyers. The marble’s distinct grey veining and polished finish aligned with the minimalist Bauhaus character of the architecture, while providing durable and low-maintenance surfaces suitable for residential use.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring The company also delivered full interior flooring using Statuario marble in main living areas, entrances, and corridors, selected for its bright base tone and defined veining. Crema Marfil marble was used in secondary spaces and bathrooms to introduce a softer, neutral tone. These choices support material consistency, long-term functionality, and a unified finish throughout the villa interiors.
