Completed in 2016 for DAMAC Properties, DAMAC Maison Distinction is a serviced hotel residence located in central Dubai. Delivered by Commodore Contracting with consultancy from ZAS and PSE Engineering Est., the tower is designed to accommodate both short- and long-term stays, combining hospitality functions with the privacy of residential living.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Stone Applications El Alfy Saraya carried out interior flooring and cladding works using a coordinated selection of natural stones. Statuario Marble was installed in lobby and public areas to provide a bright, high-standard surface, while Crema Marfil Marble was applied in guest corridors and secondary zones for tonal continuity and material balance.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Vertical Surfaces and Features Wall cladding across lift lobbies, reception zones, and guest amenities featured Arabescato Marble and Emperador Light Marble. These materials were chosen for their visual contrast and surface performance, contributing to a cohesive finish aligned with the project’s contemporary interior direction.
