Completed in 2014, Crowne Plaza Business Park is a hospitality and commercial development located in Doha, Qatar. Developed for Mohamed Bin Hamad Holding, the project was delivered by REDCO Construction with design oversight by Arab Engineering Bureau. The complex integrates hotel accommodations with business-oriented amenities, including conference facilities, office spaces, and dining areas offering a balanced environment for both corporate and leisure visitors.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Cladding El Alfy Saraya executed the interior cladding scope across public zones, executive corridors, and shared amenity areas. Silver Travertine was used on vertical surfaces for its linear texture, contributing depth while maintaining a restrained material palette. In reception areas and feature partitions, Grigio Carnico marble was installed to introduce contrast and visual structure through its dark veining, supporting the definition of key interior elements.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring The interior flooring package featured Beige Limestone in high-traffic areas such as lobbies and lounges, selected for its slip-resistant properties and neutral tone suited to business environments. Pietra Grey marble was used in meeting rooms and transitional spaces to establish visual rhythm and maintain durability. The overall result supported consistent performance and material clarity across movement zones and shared interiors.
