El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Wood Cladding and Interior Cladding El Alfy Saraya supplied and installed wood cladding and interior wall finishes throughout the farm’s administrative offices, veterinary clinics, and hospitality suites. Western Red Cedar was used on selected exterior façades for its thermal properties and visual character, while light oak veneer panels were installed on interior feature walls and in reception zones. These applications align with the facility’s operational needs and reflect its equestrian architectural context.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Flooring and Bathrooms The company also completed interior flooring and bathroom works in staff quarters, guest units, and clinical areas. Polished Crema Marfil marble was installed in entry lobbies and corridors, offering a durable, light-toned surface. Bathrooms and service zones featured honed limestone and Statuario marble wall cladding, selected for their ease of maintenance and compatibility with residential and animal care functions.
