Developed by United Development Company (UDC) and executed by SEG Qatar WLL with consultancy from South West Architecture, the Viva Bahriya Plots are part of The Pearl-Qatar’s residential district. The project comprises beachfront villas and towers influenced by Mediterranean design, offering coastal living along Doha’s shoreline.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Exterior Applications El Alfy Saraya delivered exterior flooring works using textured limestone and granite, selected for slip resistance and durability against weather conditions across promenades, terraces, and staircases.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Applications Interior works included flooring and wall cladding throughout residential lobbies, corridors, and individual units. Statuario Marble was used for primary flooring, complemented by Crema Marfil Marble in cladding and bathroom finishes, supporting a consistent, light-toned interior palette.
