The tower includes corporate, retail, and amenity spaces designed for dense urban use.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Exterior Applications El Alfy Saraya completed exterior cladding using Travertine Romano Classico, providing durable and visually consistent surfaces that support the building’s contemporary façade.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Applications Interior works covered flooring, wall cladding, staircases, and custom marble furnishings. Statuario Marble was installed in lobby zones, Crema Marfil Marble in corridors and bathrooms, and custom stone elements were applied to reception counters and staircases. This material coordination ensured a cohesive design language throughout public and private areas of the tower.
