El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Exterior Applications El Alfy Saraya completed exterior cladding and flooring using Travertine Navona, selected for its uniform tone and weather resistance, complementing the modern design of the façades and podium areas.
El Alfy Saraya’s Role – Interior Applications Interior works included flooring, wall cladding, and staircases. Statuario Marble was used in entrance lobbies and vertical circulation areas, while Crema Marfil Marble was applied in corridors and communal spaces, supporting consistent material transitions and visual coherence throughout public zones.
