Baccarat’s first Dubai hotel and residences is a landmark hospitality and residential development — a sculptural addition to the Downtown Dubai skyline with distinctive faceted geometry, developed by Shamal Development and designed by Studio Daniel Libeskind.
El Alfy Saraya delivers the exterior stone cladding in Jura Beige with sandblasted, brushed and textured finishes, and warm-toned interior stonework across the residences’ living and balcony areas.
